• For Workers: Name, email address, phone number, skills, location preferences, RSA certification status
• Payment Information: Credit/debit card details are processed securely through Stripe as a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. All payment data is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

2.2 Location Data

We collect GPS coordinates when workers clock in and out of shifts to verify attendance at the venue location.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect information about how you use our platform, including shift history, ratings, and platform interactions.

• To provide and maintain our platform services

• Between Users: Venue managers can see worker profiles (name, skills, ratings). Workers can see venue information (name, address) for shifts they apply to
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
