Neighcrew ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform to connect hospitality venues with verified workers.
We collect GPS coordinates when workers clock in and out of shifts to verify attendance at the venue location. For some venues and shifts, we also use venue-provided QR codes for clock-in and clock-out. When a worker scans a QR code, we record that scan event (linked to the shift and time) as an additional attendance verification signal. QR codes do not contain sensitive personal information; they are signed tokens used only to confirm that a worker was physically present at the venue when clocking in or out.
We collect information about how you use our platform, including shift history, practical session attendance, structured post-shift feedback, experience log events (including session type, attendance verification method, and supervision context), reliability signals (such as attendance, show-up rate, no-shows, and late-cancellation patterns), verification state progression, rebooking history, ratings, and other platform interactions. For hosted sessions (sessions that workers pay to attend), we also process booking and payment data and venue payout information via Stripe Connect. This data is used to build your trust profile and help venues make informed decisions.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

These files are sent to our support team by email and are not stored in our application databases or permanent file storage. They are used only for dispute resolution and are handled in line with our email provider's retention policies.
